Memorial Plaques with name, year of birth, year of death and cross insignia are included
in the above price.            
               
All cemetery general rules and regulations (1 -- 5) apply.  In order to maintain
the general beauty and uniform appearance of our columbarium shelter niches,
no additional memorials, flowers, decorations or ornamentation of any kind  
is allowed and will be removed.        
               
               
NO SUNDAY OR HOLIDAY BURIALS.        
               
               
Refunds:  After six months, 80% of funds received will be refunded with the return of the niche.
               
               
Resale:  Burial rights can be resold to St. Mary Cemetery only.  80% of the purchase price
will be refunded.            
               
               
Re-Issuance of Certificate of Burial Rights (deed):  $25    
               
               
Niches to be sold only to registered parishioners of St. Mary Queen of Creation Parish.
